I had considered an AI Theme post this year.

But I held back because I didn’t want to parrot the popular narrative.

I wanted to create something that I am sure would help my subscribers.

And after working actively with AI over the past few months.

I finally have something very helpful to share.

Let’s just dive into it.

Getting Better and More Actionable Answers

I am sharing two screenshots now.

The first is that of the Google Home Page.

While the second is the ChatGPT Home Page.

If you observe closely, you will see that platforms have different approaches.

Google wants you to ask it questions.

ChatGPT wants you to message(prompt) it

And that forms the core of the value these respective platforms offer.

When you type in a question into Google, it gives you a response filled with a list of sources (articles) that potentially contain an answer to that question.

If you ask ChatGPT the same questions, it does the browsing for you and just provides the answer without you needing to read through articles.

But this is just scratching the surface.

You probably use ChatGPT this way and it has limited your ability to get the most from it.

Yes, you can ask it questions, but you would get even greater results if you engage it in a conversation.

Let Me give an example.

I want to ask ChatGPT to help me create a productive daily routine.

Asking a Question

This was ChatGPT's response when I asked it about developing a better daily routine.

Asking the same question Google gives similar results.

Plus article and video recommendations

While getting the steps itemized is a better experience than browsing different articles.

ChatGPT offers an even better way to achieve your goal.

The goal of the research is to create a better daily routine.

The next step to take with this current approach is to write down all the tips and start figuring out which one applies to you.

Then you now have to start mapping it against the available time that you have daily.

That would take hours of work.

Now let’s try the conversational way.

Striking Up A Conversation.

Here you talk to ChatGPT like a consultant.

You need help and you are giving more details of the things that you intend to achieve each day.

You can see that this reduces the amount of time that you would spend on this task considerably.

And the more you personalize your prompt, the more applicable answers that you will get.

Now all you will need to do is to make some tweaks and then as time goes on, test and rework the strategy.

Below is the result of pasting and searching the same prompt on Google.

With that said, let me share some other interesting ways that I have used AI in the past.

As I said, if you adopt it in your workflow, you will be amazed by the results.

Calculating and Presenting Data

I launched a brand named Sound Money.

The goal of Sound Money is to introduce Free programs that help Africans earn in Foreign Currency.

The first project that I launched under Sound Money was PTT (Part-Time Trader)

In PTT, I created a system that helps people earn $300+ Monthly from the Forex market with Zero Trading Skills.

Now, there are members of the community who had little trading capital.

And I was trying to show them the power of compounding when following the PTT system.

Normally, I would need to calculate this manually

Or start searching for an online tool that will take me through a long signup process and may not even present the data this way.

Making Illustrations When Creating Content

Do you remember the first example I gave above?

Where I explained the difference between asking ChatGPT questions and striking up a conversation.

I first start racking my brain for the perfect way to present the illustration.

Then I remembered that I already had the perfect way.

Why not use ChatGPT to show the value of ChatGPT?

And I did just that.

Product Research

You can also use ChatGPT to do product research.

You tell it your goal for the project and other factors that are important to you and it would give you some pointers.

This works for both digital and physical products.

Roadmap Creation

If you have so much to do over an extended period.

And you need help knowing what to prioritize at each point in time.

I told ChatGPT to create a Roadmap that would help me launch the AI video tool that I talked about in the recent example.

There are so many other use cases.

The more you use ChatGPT, the better you will become at making the right prompts.
