The year was 1999.
In February that year, a Man invited 17 of his friends to his apartment.
He held a presentation for them, explaining to them his idea of a digital platform that would revolutionise the Internet Industry.
The Internet was relatively new then and few people understood how it works.
But he knew that, the best time to build anything was then.
He explained to them, that they would have to build, to learn what to build.
No one knows until everyone knows, and by then it’s too late
The most important thing was that there was a central vision they would be working with and a clear understanding of what they were building.
A Company that makes it easy for people to do business anywhere
All 17 of his friends loved the idea and agreed to go into business with him.
They founded the company with an International mindset from Day One.
In the year 2000 they were able to secure and investment of $20 Million to grow and expand operations.
A year after that they became profitable and has grown bigger ever since.
That Man was Jack Ma and the company he founded with his friends that day was AliBaba.
Today Alibaba is worth over $480 Billon and still innovating fiercely.
When it comes to recognising something big, there are two kinds of people.
Those who recognises that thing before it becomes big and those who recognise it after it becomes big.
The latter are the ones who benefit the most because they position themselves early.
It is easy to look at big companies making waves today and wish that you were a part of the team.
However there are such companies like that now growing right under your nose.
You should recognise them now and their vision and go work with them.
It’s important that you work with faith and also ensure that the founder of the company meets these three important criteria.
Intelligence - You need someone that is smart or they would head in the wrong direction.
Energy - You need some with high energy who is ready to do all it takes, the world is filled with smart lazy people.
Integrity- And most importantly, you need someone with integrity. There are intelligent and energetic people who are crooks. They cheat their way through every business transaction.
It is important that you don’t compromise on any of these three things.
Building anything significant takes time and if you waste your years working on the wrong thing with the wrong people, you will find yourself starting afresh again and again.
When it comes to my journey with Gaius Chibueze (Bitcoin Chief) and ABiT Network, it started in 2018.
I was introduced into the world of Blockchain and Cryptocurrency on January 2017 and I was on a lookout for places where I could play long term games with long term people.
Playing the game in any industry involves getting the right team members who are properly motivated.
As I did a study of people who were pioneering Blockchain technology, I came across Bitcoin Chief and after studying his brand, I knew that he was someone that I would love to work with long term.
So I looked for what he was lacking that I could provide for him and used it to shoot my shot.
This is a place where many people make a mistake, they only look for what they can get without seeking to provide value first.
If you help people get what they want, they will always help you get what you want.

For some people, doing free jobs for a rich man would be seen as stupidity, but one thing that you need to realise is that the right relationship is greater than money.
He who has people, will always have everything.
When it comes to ABiT Network and what we have been able to achieve over the past two years, people tend to focus more on the over a million dollar raised during the Tatcoin presale.
Like most people know, that is an uncommon feat when it comes to ICO’s in Africa.
However, there is something that set the foundation for it.
Long before he thought of doing a token sale, Bitcoin Chief spent years preaching the revolutionary nature of Cryptocurrency and also made sure that he helped as much people as possible create wealth through it.
Over 3 years and 6000 students later, ABiT Network was founded.
We achieved success because Bitcoin Chief put people first in everything that he did.
And that is something I believe every founder needs to imbibe, both within and outside the Cryptocurrency space.

Bitcoin Chief is not just my Boss, he is my brother and friend.

My work with ABiT started with me handling product design for the company to being the COO currently.
There is a lot that needs to be built and there is room for anyone who wants to go on that journey with us.
All these products would be community driven and when it comes to choosing people that we work with
Skills and passion is the most paramount factors we look for.
Till today, I am not sure if anyone at ABiT Network know what I studied in school.
How can I Join?
At this point, you are probably asking yourself this question.

On the 1st of October, we launched ABiTReps.
It is subsidiary of the company where Tatcoin Holder/ ABiT Network customers can signup and join the marketing arm of the company.
Payment is commission based.
So you are the one that determines how much you earn monthly. More sales means more earnings
From the outside, ABiTReps looks like just the normal commission based system that everyone is used to, but it goes beyond that.
As the Head Of ABiTReps, I designed an underlying skill pipeline system that would power the different platforms that ABiT is building.
