Great post! I'm an entrepreneur and online marketer, though I've never built anything for WhatsApp. I think your formula here is broadly right, but I would suggest that it's easier for most people to start with the problem, rather than the audience. So I'd formulate it like this:
1) Find a Problem
2) Build an Audience
3) Sell a Service
4) Deliver a Result
5) Build a Product
You should also cut out #3 and #4 if you can and jump straight to product if possible. But not always possible.
Finally, I have found that the easiest problems to find and solve are your own. Start with what you wish you had a solution for in your own life and solve that. Given the billions of people in the world, there will be more than enough people just like you who need that solution as well.
I have a friend who’s a physiotherapist and she talks about it on her status.
After sometime, people wanted to have a physical meeting where they can workout, exercise and get recommendations on things that can help their body look better. Eventually, it was fixed on a Saturday and since the first meeting, they’ve been coming even with their little fees attached.
So you can start talking about what you love and how it can help others. People appreciate it when value is added to their lives and would do anything to get more of it.
This is a good, Ajulu. When providing services, it is inevitable to prevent those that might not be satisfied with your service no matter how hard you tried in delivering to them... I run a social media advertising agency, and they are times I've got to handle ads for businesses and got great results for them and other times the other way around.
In essence, what I wanna ask is how do you get these people to do business with you again?
And I made all the money I made this from strictly WhatsApp 😁😊
Repeat business comes from mostly delivering well for your clients. Tomorrow’s post would show you what you need to do to gain access to all I know about building a brand.
I'm a mobile photographer and I've been getting good feedback from my status viewers, how do I make money from it. Though it's 2 months since I started learning it

Thanks again for the great post!
Thanks for reading and for sharing your insights Ryan.
Most of problem finding comes from having an interaction with an Audience.
Of course there is a problem that one has in mind before building and audience, but it get's more refined as Interaction occur.
People are more likely to buy when you marketing languages speaks to the questions that they have in their head.
And you are right, once can build a product immediately after building an audience. Works for most fields.
Sell a service here speaks to the fact that you may have to build a consultation service before switching to a product down the line.
When you find a problem and a solution, the audience comes to you naturally
It is mostly great to attract an Audience via content marketing
Exactly
And of course with proper marketing 😊
